Greetings,

Our new school year is off to a very happy start! After a great deal of effort by teachers and families alike over the past year, we were awarded our five year accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) under their new standards. Although we have been accredited continually since 1995, this was a major accomplishment. For those of you who are familiar with early childhood education this accomplishment is something to be very proud of and the mark of a truly excellent program. We are one of only several programs in this whole region to have earned this distinction.

We have a marvelous staff of highly skilled and dedicated teachers. It is they who work tirelessly to create a loving, rich and stimulating environment, conducive to thriving, happy children. We also take pride in knowing that we are a loving community where families are treasured active participants in our program.

We still have a few openings available for two year olds and also in our Pre-K Classroom, so please feel free to get in touch with us and schedule a visit to our very unique program. I look forward to keeping you informed of some of the special activities we will be embarking on in the months ahead!

We have updated the Staff pages on the website and the 2010-2011 Tutorial fees are also available for download. Once we have completed our preparations for the NAEYC review visit, I will return to providing more detailed and regular reports.
